I'm not actually dropping that many frames, I would have audio breaking up. I don't have audio problems so I don't get what's going on. When I run the game full screen the "dropped frames" stops but the laggy video continues. My processor is fine. It's a core i7. Don't let the fact it's a laptop be a red herring.
